Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Data and Systems Specialist to support the Total Mobile implementation and ongoing development within its Social Infrastructure business. You will work with operations and management to translate requirements into practical system improvements and deliver reliable programme reporting.

Based in or around London with regular travel to offices and sites, the role requires strong IT skills, initiative and the ability to work independently while coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience administering or configuring Total Mobile.
• Experience supporting, administering or implementing an operational/work management system.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Experience checking data quality, investigating discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues.
• Ability to understand operational processes and translate them into clear system requirements.
• Clear communication skills and confidence explaining technical information.
• Experience producing process documents, user guidance or training materials.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and daily use of Total Mobile across Social Infrastructure.
• Act as the divisional point of contact for Total Mobile queries and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain and develop workflows, forms, templates and system settings.
• Transfer and validate information from existing systems into Total Mobile.
• Maintain data accuracy across property, resident, order, appointment and programme records.
• Work with teams to ensure resident communication and delivery processes are supported.
• Coordinate user and subcontractor access and permissions.
• Develop a network of super users for day-to-day assistance.
• Deliver user guidance and training with documented process maps and materials.
• Coordinate testing of new workflows and releases with users before go-live.
• Track system queries and actions through to completion.
• Validate dashboards and reports against data and share performance information.
• Collaborate on Power BI dashboards and integrations as needed.
• Ensure data protection and information security practices are followed.
• Visit offices and operational sites to gather requirements and improve practices.
