Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Data and Systems Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance and ongoing development of Total Mobile within its Social Infrastructure team. The role collaborates with operational teams and management to ensure accurate data capture, reliable reporting and effective system use across projects in London and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or configuring Total Mobile.
• Experience supporting an operational or work management system.
• Strong IT skills including proficient Excel and data handling.
• Experience checking data quality and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership mindset.
• Ability to translate operational processes into clear system requirements.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical info to non specialists.
• Experience producing process documents or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day use of Total Mobile across Social Infrastructure.
• Serve as the divisional contact for Total Mobile queries and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain workflows, templates, and system settings in line with requirements and change-control.
• Transfer and validate data from existing systems into Total Mobile.
• Ensure data accuracy across property, resident, order, appointment and programme records.
• Work with teams to ensure resident communication and delivery processes supported by the system.
• Coordinate access for users and subcontractors per permissions and procedures.
• Develop super users and provide user guidance and training materials.
• Coordinate testing of workflows and releases with users before go-live.
• Track system queries and action items to completion.
• Validate dashboards/reports against data; provide performance info to leads.
• Collaborate on Power BI dashboards and integrations as needed.
