United Infrastructure seeks a Data and Systems Specialist to implement, maintain and enhance Total Mobile within its Social Infrastructure business. Working with social housing providers and public sector clients, we deliver programmes that improve the quality, safety and comfort of residents’ homes.
We are looking for a Data and Systems Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance and ongoing development of Total Mobile within our Social Infrastructure business. Working closely with operational teams, Resident Liaison Officers, administration teams and management, you will help ensure Total Mobile supports day-to-day delivery, captures accurate information and provides reliable programme and performance reporting. Your primary focus will be Total Mobile, including system configuration, data quality, workflows, user support and training. You will work with internal systems teams and Total Mobile’s technical support team to translate operational requirements into practical system improvements. This is an experienced role requiring strong IT skills, initiative and a practical approach to problem‑solving. You will need to work independently, take ownership of tasks and recognise when to involve technical specialists or escalates issues.
The role will be based in or around London, supporting projects across London and the surrounding counties. Regular travel to offices and operational sites will be required.
