Job summary

BIE Executive Ltd is seeking a very experienced Totalmobile technical expert to sit at the heart of the delivery team in the United Kingdom. You will configure the platform and guide a team as they migrate from Microsoft Dynamics onto Totalmobile.

This is a technical role for a senior functional consultant or developer who has configured Totalmobile before, leading the technical area and hands-on work within a growing COE.

Qualifications

• Background as a functional consultant or developer on Totalmobile implementations.
• Ability to coach a multi-skilled development team.
• Experience with Totalmobile Connect and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Field service experience in contracting or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead a technical area and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical configuration of Totalmobile Mobilise, the configured mobile field application.
• Act as the senior technical authority for a multi-skilled development team.
• Guide and cross-skill developers moving from Microsoft Dynamics onto Totalmobile.
• Support Totalmobile Connect, the API-based integration with client and finance systems.
• Take an active part in build and configuration, not only advice.
• Support initial go-lives and ramp-up, onboarding newly acquired businesses.
• Build and lead a small Totalmobile COE team as the Group grows.

Our client is a large high-growth business services group that is adopting Totalmobile as its core field service management platform.

We are looking for a very experienced, hands‑on Totalmobile technical expert to sit at the heart of the delivery team. You will configure the platform and guide a team of developers as they migrate from Microsoft Dynamics onto Totalmobile.

This is a technical role, not a project management or product ownership position. It suits a senior functional consultant or developer who has configured Totalmobile before.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical configuration of Totalmobile Mobilise, the configured mobile field application.
• Act as the senior technical authority for a multi-skilled development team covering business systems, field service and client integration.
• Guide and cross-skill developers moving from Microsoft Dynamics onto Totalmobile.
• Support Totalmobile Connect, the API-based integration with client and finance systems, working alongside specialist partners where needed.
• Take an active part in build and configuration, not only advice.
• Support the initial go‑lives and the ramp‑up that follows, including onboarding of newly acquired businesses onto the platform.
• Ability to build and lead a small Totalmobile COE team as the Group grows.

Experience required

• A background as a functional consultant or developer on Totalmobile implementations.
• The seniority and credibility to coach a team moving from a different technology stack.
• Experience of Totalmobile Connect and API integration with client and finance systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, to help bridge the existing team's skills.
• Field service experience in contracting, infrastructure or similar operational businesses.
• The ability to talk about leading a technical area as well as doing the work.

The role will up to £650 per day on an interim basis and up to £105k base plus benefits for a permanent hire.
