Fife Council seeks motivated keyworkers for the care and support of older people in various settings, including care homes and day services. The role involves creating care plans and ensuring users engage in meaningful activities. Successful applicants will work within a dynamic team and are required to register with the SSSC within six months of employment.
We are looking for motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People, with experience of care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, which involves creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user is offered opportunities, experiences, and care within their care plan. The role also involves promoting access to local community opportunities and enabling service users to live meaningful lives.
We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people. Our care services include care homes, respite, STAR units, and day services.
