• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to evaluate processes and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse audiences.

• Act as an ambassador for the Carer & Provider Payment Support Team, promoting high standards and building a positive reputation.
• Review and improve processes using data and insights; develop practical solutions and implement improvements.
• Lead end-to-end processes, service developments and business improvement initiatives; ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
• Lead and develop managers and teams, fostering accountability and excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, Direct Payment recipients and stakeholders; resolve complex inquiries.
