This role can be remote / hybrid with 1-2 monthy days on our Abingdon office.

About You

With a track record in Dev Ops and System Administration, you are a technology enthusiast who takes pride in creating rock‑solid solutions to deploy software at scale and velocity. Willing to challenge the status quo with a passion to learn and embrace new technologies. You communicate well at all levels and through all channels.

Our team is growing, and you will need to be self‑motivated, highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise.

Your prime role will be working as part of a Scrum team, responsible for DevOps activities associated with new product development, designing and implementing incremental improvements to the cloud infrastructure and software deployment.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Lead and evolve our DevOps practices across environments (dev, test, prod).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Design and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure AWS/Azure based environments.
  • Develop monitoring and alerting strategies in collaboration with CloudOps.
  • Write and maintain clear documentation and share knowledge across teams.

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • A strong focus on automation‑first DevOps practices.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal skills.
