HSBC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for SME Business Banking in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of 50-70 clients with turnover between £2m and £15m, identifying opportunities to grow the business while delivering world-class customer service across West Sussex and Surrey.

Based in the Maidstone area, you will collaborate with product partners, manage risk and credit processes, and represent HSBC in the local business community. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Business/Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
• Relationship or client management with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Business development with a track record of account expansion and winning new business.
• Commercial lending experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and share information clearly.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management.
• Full driving licence to attend face to face meetings across West Sussex and Surrey.
