Qualifications

• Experience in Business/Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
• Relationship or client management with focus on outstanding service.
• Business development with track record of account expansion.
• Commercial lending experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Strong understanding of risk management.
• A full driving licence for meetings across West Sussex and Surrey.

Responsabilités

• Manage an existing portfolio of 50-70 clients and grow the business sustainably.
• Develop the bank's profile in the local business and wider community.
• Support customers, placing their needs at the forefront and maintaining world-class service.
• Identify new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
• Build relationships with local professionals and business owners to generate referrals.
• Adhere to credit, operational, reputational, financial crime and regulatory risk processes.
• Collaborate with product partners to address needs of international and domestic customers.
