Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of SME clients in a flexible, hybrid role across the UK. You will develop deep client relationships, identify opportunities to provide Allica Bank products such as current accounts, savings, loans and asset finance, and work with accountants, solicitors and business advisors to grow the bank's SME footprint.

You will originate lending opportunities from initial enquiry through to credit approval, write credit papers in

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship Manager or business developer serving SME clients.
• Strong understanding of SME banking and credit processes.
• Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients, understanding needs and opportunities to provide Allica Bank services.
• Originating SME lending opportunities from enquiry to completion, including preparing credit papers.
