Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to acquire new SME business and manage a portfolio with a focus on trusted relationships and financial advisory.

You will originate SME lending opportunities, build a strong network of accountants, solicitors and business groups, and work with Allica teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role supports growth in a fast-paced, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong track record as a Relationship Manager with high-value, trust-based referrals.
• Deep understanding of SME banking, including lending.
• Proven history of outstanding service and value creation for prospects and customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers, understanding needs and aspirations; identify opportunities to support via Allica Bank.
• Originating SME lending opportunities from enquiry to completion; write credit papers per policy.
• Deliver the local business plan and achieve personal development goals.
• Provide excellent service to customers, prospects and advisors, representing Allica in the local area.
• Collaborate with all areas of Allica to ensure seamless, professional service.
• Contribute positively to Allica’s culture and adhere to internal controls.
