Job summary

Allica Bank in the UK is growing its Relationship Manager team to support established SMEs. You will manage a portfolio of SME customers, originate lending opportunities, and work with trusted advisors to deliver Allica Bank products.

You will collaborate across departments to provide excellent service and contribute to a culture aligned with Allica’s values. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are offered with onboarding and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-value referral networks.
• Strong SME banking knowledge including lending.
• Proven track record of exceptional service and revenue generation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-starter attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers and identify opportunities for Allica Bank services.
• Originating SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion.
• Deliver the local business plan and personal development objectives.
• Maintain excellent service for local SME customers, prospects and advisors.
• Collaborate with all areas of Allica to provide seamless service.
• Contribute to Allica’s culture and uphold bank values.
• Comply with mandatory policies and internal controls.
