Qualifications

• Some B2B sales, account management and/or SME banking experience mentioned as desirable.
• Interest in building a career in SME relationship banking and supporting SMEs to be more successful.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn with a drive to develop lending, sales, risk and portfolio management capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers delivering outstanding customer service and build trusted relationships.
• Deliver against commercial targets including lending and new customer/deposit acquisition.
• Build a network with SME advisers and the wider business community to generate opportunities.
• Ensure risk activities are completed on time and to a high standard, using data to identify issues.
• Collaborate with Senior Relationship Manager and support team development.
• Contribute to new business campaigns, events, leads, and prospect engagement.
