• Proven track record in telephone-based lead generation with SMEs (5–250 employees).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely and manage end-to-end onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and convert prospects to Allica Bank customers.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new SME accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to improve targeting.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional conduct.
