Job summary

Allica Bank is recruiting an Associate Relationship Manager to support established SME clients. You will manage a portfolio, deliver service excellence and help grow lending and deposits while building strong local relationships with advisers and business communities.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern, ongoing development, and a supportive team. You will use CRM tools, analyse client needs, and contribute to risk management and commercial targets while progressing in SME

Qualifications

• Some B2B sales, account management and/or SME banking experience.
• Willingness to build a career in SME relationship banking.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn with on‑the‑job coaching.
• Confident engaging with customers, prospects and advisers via multiple channels.
• Good organisation with attention to detail for portfolios and follow‑ups.
• Experience using AI tools in a business environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers, delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships.
• Deliver against targets including lending and new customer/deposit acquisition.
• Build a trusted external network with SME advisers and the business community.
• Ensure risk activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with a Senior Relationship Manager on personal development plans.
• Support new business campaigns, follow up on leads, and some cold calling.
• Assist event organisation and strengthen local relationships with customers and advisers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and strong follow‑up discipline.
• Foster collaborative relationships with team and internal stakeholders.
