Job summary

Robertson Sumner Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our SMB Sales division. You will guide a team of 10–12 sales professionals, including a Team Leader, and champion a customer-first approach to deliver outstanding service and growth.

You will manage ~5 key customers, handling escalations and maintaining satisfaction while driving the sales strategy and achieving targets through strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Manager, preferably SMB sector.
• Servant leadership mentality and coaching ability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for nurturing early careers and growing teams.
• IT sales background is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 10–12 sales professionals (including 1 Team Leader).
• Foster a customer-first culture and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Manage relationships with ~5 key customers focusing on retention and growth.
• Handle escalations and maintain client satisfaction through external communication (~20%).
