Qualifications

• Experience repairing smartphones and tablets, esp. brands like Apple, Samsung and Google.
• Strong customer service skills with confidence speaking to customers.
• High attention to detail when handling devices, tools and small components.
• Genuine interest in mobile technology and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair smartphones and tablets (screen replacements, battery replacements, camera repairs, charging issues).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues using technical judgement.
• Provide clear advice on repair options and solutions to customers.
• Recommend suitable accessories and protection products.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
• Follow repair standards and safety guidelines at all times.
