Job summary

iSmash is hiring a Mobile Phone Repair Technician in London to repair smartphones and tablets, including screen and battery replacements, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You'll diagnose issues, advise customers on repair options, upsell compatible accessories, and keep a clean, safe workspace following established repair standards.

Experience with Apple, Samsung, and Google devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets (Apple, Samsung, Google).
• Strong customer service skills and confidence when speaking with customers.
• High attention to detail when handling devices and tiny components.
• Interest in mobile technology and repairs.
