You will repair smartphones/tablets (screen and battery replacements, fault fixes), diagnose issues, advise customers on options, upsell accessories, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications
- Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets.
- Strong customer service skills with confidence speaking to customers.
- High attention to detail when handling devices and components.
- Genuine interest in mobile technology and repairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer experiences.
