Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets, brands such as Apple, Samsung and Google.
• Strong customer service skills with confidence speaking directly to customers.
• High attention to detail when handling devices, tools and small components.
• Genuine interest in mobile technology, gadgets and repairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer experiences.
• Repair smartphones and tablets (screen replacements, battery, cameras, charging issues).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues using technical judgement.
• Provide clear advice and guidance on repair options.
• Recommend suitable accessories and protection products.
