Job summary

iSmash UK Trading Limited is seeking a Mobile Phone Repair Technician in Brighton to deliver high‑quality repairs on smartphones and tablets while providing excellent customer care in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will diagnose issues, perform screen or battery replacements, and explain repair options to customers.

Reports to the In-Store Manager. The role offers £27,109.31–£27,325.83 with commission, plus training, pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets (Apple, Samsung and Google).
• Strong customer service with confidence speaking directly to customers.
• High attention to detail when handling devices, tools and small components.
• Genuine interest in mobile technology, gadgets and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair smartphones and tablets, including screen and battery replacements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues using technical judgment.
• Provide clear repair options and guidance to customers.
• Recommend suitable accessories and protection products.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
• Follow repair standards and safety guidelines at all times.
