Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments with strong communication skills.
• IT literate with ability to troubleshoot using mobile/tablet devices.
• Hold CSCS, SWQR Street Works and EUSR National Water Hygiene qualifications.
• Full driving licence and experience in meter installation.

Responsibilities

• Install and exchange smart meters at domestic and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service.
• Commission and connect smart meters to the network, ensuring quality standards.
• Update mobile and corporate systems with job outcomes and maintain equipment records.
• Complete revisit jobs when installations are challenging and identify issues to overcome them.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks, perform risk assessments and follow water quality procedures.
