Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the smart technology sector. Located in the Longbridge/Rowley Regis area, you will own the full sales journey from prospecting to closing, supported by leadership from the Sales Director.

Hybrid working is available after probation, with training and mentoring to accelerate progression. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £50,000–£60,000+.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required.
• Hybrid working after probation.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Attending client meetings across the region
• Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Negotiating and securing new business
• Developing long term customer relationships
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Updating and maintaining CRM records
