MERKUR Slots UK Limited in Ilford is seeking a Team Member to deliver welcoming, friendly service in a vibrant gaming environment. You will handle customer queries, maintain high standards, and support promotions while working on a rota that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.

This 30-hour per week role offers 28 days holiday, a quarterly bonus scheme, pension, life assurance, staff discounts and comprehensive training to help you excel and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and successfully.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and drives satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating per policy.
• Log customer interactions during shifts.
• Maintain personal presentation and brand dress code.
• Enhance product knowledge to support the customer journey.
• Understand safeguarding policies and challenge 25 as required.
