MERKUR Slots UK Ltd is seeking a Team Member Nights at Wood Green. You will work 40 hours per week on the night shift, earning £13.25–£14.75 per hour, with a dedicated higher night rate of £14.75 between 23:00 and 06:00. The role focuses on welcoming guests, delivering great service, and maintaining venue standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop on the job.
• Flexible and dedicated approach to work.
• Attention to detail in a busy venue.
• Industry and compliance training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep venue housekeeping to a high standard, cleaning gaming equipment and surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and report suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration tasks to maintain 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and achieve satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating per policy when needed.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policies.
• Maintain brand dress code and personal presentation while on duty.
• Build product knowledge to aid the customer journey and enjoyment.
