Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK is seeking a Part Time Team Member Nights in Foleshill to join our frontline team. The role involves delivering warm, welcoming service, maintaining gaming floor standards and supporting guests during night shifts (30 hours per week).

You will work on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays, with a focus on safety, compliance and exceptional guest experiences. Full training is provided to become confident in our procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Experienced delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high venue housekeeping standards and regularly clean gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Offer rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate suspicions per policy.
• Assist with administration and maintain 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
