Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK Limited in Basingstoke is recruiting a Team Member on a full-time basis. You will deliver friendly service, maintain venue standards, and support promotions while working a 40-hour week with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour, including a higher rate during night shifts.

The role requires weekend and bank holiday availability, a focus on customer experience, and adherence to brand guidelines. Training is provided to develop industry knowledge and compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is kept to high standard, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors and walls.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration as required to maintain accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions as required.
