Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Experienced delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to highest standard.
• Serve rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to 100% accuracy as required.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and be successful.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating per complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shift and log interactions per policy.
• Maintain personal presentation and brand dress code on duty.
• Know product knowledge to support customer journey and enjoyment.
• Understand safeguarding policies and challenge 25 where needed.
• Actively discourage harassment or discrimination.
