Guildford Skoda

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, Sunday on ROTA, Day off in the week (10-4)

Salary: Basic £25,000, OTE £55,000

Here at Lookers Guildford Skoda, we are recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly team on site. Specialising in new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service. Joining our hardworking sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, but you will also report to the General Sales Manager, who will help develop your knowledge and skills, enabling you to establish a strong career within the industry.

Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers' wants and needs:

1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
2. Achieving sales targets and minimum profit objectives, including finance and insurance products
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
5. Driving all new and used car enquiry leads forward, building rapport to convert appointments into sales, and maximising all leads
6. Embodying the brand with passion for driving, creating excitement around customers' new car purchases

The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in a similar role within a luxury market retailer, possess strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are key to achieving excellent results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
