Location: Remote first, with willingness to travel monthly to the Peterborough office for team meetings

Role and Responsibilities

As part of our sales team, you will work across various pipelines and lead sources, engaging with customers via outbound calls to support them in their energy journey—whether addressing online checkout issues, discussing upgrades, or promoting green energy solutions like boilers, heat pumps, or solar options. You may also handle inbound inquiries occasionally.

Your success will be measured by engaging with as many customers as possible, providing excellent service, and signing them up for our products compliantly.

Responsibilities:

  • Discuss products compliantly over the phone with interested customers.
  • Reach out to customers who have shown interest but not yet purchased.
  • Support existing customers in transitioning to greener options like boilers, heat pumps, or solar, financed through our team.
  • Manage multiple lead sources to convert interest into sales.
  • Follow compliant sales techniques to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
  • Assist inbound sales team when needed.

  • Initial call with our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 mins).
  • Skills-based interview with our Head of Customer Care & Sales Team Lead (1 hr).

Who You’ll Be Working With

The Operations Department manages customer service, repairs, escalations, sales, training, and reviews. Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills are essential, along with compliance with industry regulations.
