The Role

The Sales/Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong track record in SaaS sales who is looking to join a forward-thinking tech company at a pivotal stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the B2B space
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic research
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system
  • Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry functions as required

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role within the SaaS industry
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and key metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
