Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Site Operative to help keep Castlemartin Camp facilities clean, safe and well‑maintained. You will join a dedicated team supporting the UK Armed Forces during training, covering cleaning of accommodation blocks, grounds and buildings, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers a permanent/part‑time, office‑based schedule, with hours from 08:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Basic IT skills, including using a tablet.
• A valid UK driving licence (essential due to rural location)

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness to ensure all areas are safe and fit for purpose
• Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and shower facilities
• Carry out general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
• Assist with basic grounds maintenance
• Manage stock levels and supplies
• Complete documentation using both IT and paper-based systems
• Support additional tasks as required
