Landmarc Solutions is seeking a Site Operative to maintain safe, clean and well‑maintained environments at Castlemartin Training Camp. You’ll join a dedicated team keeping training estate facilities running smoothly, from offices to blocks and grounds.

The role offers part-time hours 08:00–12:00, Monday to Friday, a permanent contract, and benefits such as an employer pension, generous holidays pro rata, and life assurance. A UK driving licence is essential due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness to ensure all areas are safe and fit for purpose
• Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and shower facilities
• Carry out general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
• Support general building maintenance
• Assist with basic grounds maintenance
• Manage stock levels and supplies
• Complete documentation using both IT and paper-based systems
• Support additional tasks as required

Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Site Operative who takes pride in creating safe, clean and well‑maintained environments. This is your chance to play a vital part in supporting the UK’s Armed Forces while they train.

You’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team responsible for keeping our Training Estate facilities running smoothly, from cleaning accommodation blocks to maintaining grounds and buildings.

Role Details

• Salary: £13.45 per hour
• Hours: 08:00 – 12:00, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Permanent / Part-Time / Office-based
• Location: Castlemartin Training Camp, Merrion, Pembroke, SA71 5EB
