Qualifications

• Experience in general housekeeping and caretaking.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation (paper or IT).
• Basic IT skills with tablet use.
• Valid UK driving licence due to rural site location.

Responsibilities

• Look after the camp's general cleanliness and ensure fit-for-purpose facilities.
• Clean offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks (ablutions, showers).
• Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming.
• General building maintenance as needed.
• Basic grounds maintenance tasks.
• Complete relevant documentation using IT and paper systems.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

What You’ll Do

• Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.

• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance
