Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Site Operative to help maintain our training estate facilities with a focus on cleanliness, groundskeeping and safe building upkeep for Defence training sites.

You will perform general cleaning of accommodation blocks and offices, complete documentation in IT and paper form, and support security and safety procedures. A valid UK driving licence is essential due to rural location.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping knowledge and ability to maintain clean facilities.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation in IT and paper-based systems.
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet.
• Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Looking after the camp's general cleanliness and ensuring spaces are fit for purpose.
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions and showers.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Complete all relevant documentation using IT and paper-based systems.
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed.

Location: Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire,, SP3 4RS

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS

Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 16:00, (08:00 - 15:30 Fridays)
