Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Bellshill is seeking a Business Support Assistant to help run day-to-day site operations and employee administration.

You will manage supplier invoicing, onboarding, inductions, stock, Q Pulse, wage data, and site communications, while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. This permanent, full-time role offers on-site work and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and adaptable in a busy environment.
• Experience in administrative or office-based roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party supplier invoicing and process agency timesheets accurately and on time.
• Coordinate site hospitality activities, visitor arrangements and meeting support.
• Support people processes, onboarding activities and employee administration.
• Deliver site inductions to new starters and maintain related records.
• Manage stock control and ordering of site sundry items.
• Maintain the Q Pulse database and assist with site communications.
• Collate and distribute weekly and monthly wage information.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records and system data.
