We’re working with a great company who are seeking a Temporary Site Manager to oversee planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment schemes across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team delivering high-quality works within occupied social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of kitchen and bathroom planned works programmes
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and materials
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
  • Managing tenant liaison and maintaining excellent customer care
  • Conducting site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance
Requirements
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Experience delivering planned works (kitchens / bathrooms) within social housing or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and a calm, professional approach
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants and the wider site team
