Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-volume residential new build housing or apartment schemes in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating sub‑contractors and site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and company policies.
• Manage project build programme and address any issues proactively.
