Overview

Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for a new build circa £10M Care Home project (JCT) that is in the High Wycombe area. Consistent experience in D&B projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommodation, housing & retirement is also considered.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for a new build circa £10M Care Home project (JCT) in High Wycombe.
• Demonstrate strong client facing skills.
• Support a forward-thinking, well regarded and busy contracting environment with a focus on maintaining high standards of delivery and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Consistent experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects, ideally including Care Homes.
• Experience of new build schools, student accommodation, housing & retirement projects is also considered.
