Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations in Worthing and surrounding areas. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of building regulations. A driving licence and ability to travel locally are required; preferred SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Site Manager in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate materials, labour and schedules.
• Lead site meetings with clients, architects and PMs.
• Monitor progress, quality and project costs.
• Maintain site records, reports and risk assessments.
