Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and delivering plots to target quality. SMSTS/CSCS preferred; long-term career prospects with a prestigious developer.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades on site.
• Experience maintaining health and safety standards on active sites.
• Experience delivering plots to agreed quality targets.
• Ability to manage site teams and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site labour, and materials and ensure works align with programmes.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance through regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress and report updates to senior management; manage site logistics and site security.
• Ensure NHBC and building regulation requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders as required.
• Oversee handovers and ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
