You will manage RAMS, permits, and progress reports, liaise with clients and consultants, and maintain a safe, professional site. The role offers an opportunity to progress within a growing business and work on high-profile developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day site operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
