Job summary

You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensure health and safety compliance, monitor progress, and liaise with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
