Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a flagship residential development in Hampshire. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of site management experience on residential schemes, familiarity with NHBC and building regulations, and a valid SMSTS/CSCS. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades on site and understanding construction programmes.
• Proven track record in maintaining health and safety standards on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site labour, and materials per programme.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental standards with regular inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress and report updates to senior management; manage site logistics and security.
• Ensure NHBC and building regulations are met and liaise with clients and authorities.
• Oversee handovers and ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
