Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager for a regional role in West Yorkshire. You will coordinate site staff and contractors, plan complex construction activities, and work with Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery and value.

A strong focus on safety and people management is essential. You will lead progress meetings, manage costs, and drive site performance while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in collaboration with the in-house Health, Safety and Environmental

Qualifications

• Extensive site management experience is required.
• Ability to plan and programme complex construction operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; acts as main point of contact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site staff and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan and programme all site activities with labour and resources.
• Collaborate with Contracts/Project Managers to meet programme and cost targets.
• Identify and resolve issues, implement corrective actions.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and lead progress meetings.
• Ensure high safety standards in liaison with HSE teams.
