Job summary

North20 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead a £4.5m façade remediation scheme in Worcester. You’ll act as No.1 on site, oversee the full delivery from start to handover and manage stakeholders with the Principal Contractor framework.

The role requires experience in recladding or façade remediation, previous work for a Principal Contractor, and strong knowledge of FieldView. Rockpanel experience is highly advantageous; the project runs ~46 weeks with a fixed programme.

Site Manager - Façade Remediation | Worcester

I'm currently recruiting for a Site Manager to lead a £4.5m façade remediation scheme in Worcester.

This is a 45-week residential recladding project involving the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and the installation of a new Rockpanel façade system. The contractor is operating as Principal Contractor, and you'll be the No.1 on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
