Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.

You will provide end-to-end project leadership, manage programme, commercial performance and project teams, while ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large construction projects within occupied/live environments.
• High-rise refurbishment and facade works experience is preferred.
• PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.

You’ll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments
• High-rise/high-risk building experience
• Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover
• Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial
