Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major façade remediation project in Worcester. You will be responsible for day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, QA and timely handover.

The role requires proven recladding/facade remediation delivery, FieldView proficiency, and ideally Rockpanel experience. You will be Based on site in Worcester with a 45-week programme and a £4.5m contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering recladding / façade remediation projects is essential.
• Strong FieldView experience is required, with Rockpanel experience highly desirable.

Job description

I'm working with a specialist façade contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major façade remediation scheme in Worcester.

The project is a £4.5m residential recladding scheme with a 45-week programme. The contractor is acting as Principal Contractor, with works including the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and a new Rockpanel cladding system.

You'll be Number One on site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, including:

• Managing programme and progress
• Coordinating façade subcontractors
• Scaffold management and coordination
• Design coordination
• Health & Safety
• QA and FieldView
• Client and project team liaison
• Driving the project through to completion and handover

What we're looking for

Previous experience delivering recladding / façade remediation projects is essential, ideally while working for a Principal Contractor.

Strong FieldView experience is required, with previous Rockpanel experience highly desirable.
