Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead recladding works on two luxury residential blocks in Portishead as part of a long-term programme. The role requires managing cladding subcontractors, coordinating with clients and commercial teams, and delivering a high-quality façade package on a live, occupied site.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in external envelope systems, multi-storey projects, and a strong QA mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation including cladding systems, substructure, insulation and fire-rated components.
• Work within a live / occupied residential environment.
• Drive QA, compliance, safety and build quality.
• Lead coordination beyond site delivery, including programme and commercial interfaces.

The Opportunity

We re looking for a Project Manager, or a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager already operating at, or ready to step into, Project Manager level, to lead recladding works across two large luxury residential blocks.

This is a long-term opportunity to take ownership of a significant façade package on a technically challenging, live project.

The Role

• Lead delivery of recladding / façade works across two multi-storey buildings
• Take ownership of programme, quality and overall delivery
• Manage cladding subcontractors and coordinate with client and commercial teams
• Oversee installation including:
  • Cladding systems
  • Substructure, insulation and fire-rated components
• Work within a live / occupied residential environment
• Drive QA, compliance, safety and build quality
• Lead coordination beyond site delivery, including programme and commercial interfaces

What We re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience delivering cladding / façade / recladding works
• Strong understanding of external envelope systems and installation
• Experience on multi-storey projects
• Confident managing subcontractors and taking ownership of delivery
• Strong QA and quality focus

Desirable:

• Experience stepping beyond site management into programme or commercial coordination
• Remediation, retrofit or fire compliance experience
• Experience working in live / occupied environments
