Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Project Manager for a cladding remediation program across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, safeguarding safety, quality and customer satisfaction while steering programme, commercial performance and project teams.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in large construction or refurbishment projects in live environments, with high-rise expertise and knowledge of façade and fire remediation

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied/live environments.
• High-rise/high-risk building experience essential.
• Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners effectively.
• Maintain highest standards of health, safety and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.

You’ll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks
• Driving a zero-defects approach at handover
• Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives
• Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding results

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments
• High-rise/high-risk building experience
• Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover
• Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial
